OTTAWA, OCTOBER 7, 2026: Mr. Stéphane Ouellette, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Merchant Navy Commemorative Theme Project (MNCTP), joined distinguished guests, diplomatic representatives, and community leaders in celebrating the 115th National Day of the Republic of China (Taiwan), held at the Fairmont Château Laurier in Ottawa on October 7, 2026.
